By booking a transfer with Gatwick Airport Taxi Transfer or using our website at gatwickairporttaxitransfer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
All bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email with a booking reference number. It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct.
All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of VAT. No hidden fees, no congestion charge surcharges, no fuel surcharges. The price quoted at booking is the final price you pay. Payment can be made by card online (via Stripe), PayPal, or cash to the driver on the day.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. You can cancel or modify your booking at any time through your account dashboard or by calling us on +44 7879 491007.
For airport pickups, we include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time of your flight (not the scheduled time). For non-airport pickups, we include 15 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may be charged at £10 per 15 minutes.
We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including traffic conditions, road closures, severe weather, or flight delays. We strongly recommend that all passengers carry appropriate travel insurance.
